Refund policy

We gladly accept unworn and unwashed clothing with the tags still on within 14 days of the date that the item was received. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days. To start a return, please sign into your account HERE, and click "request return" for the order which you would like to return.

You may also email info@luvstitchboutique.com to start a return.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned and inspected, you will receive a refund. The item needs to be shipped within 10 days of your return request being approved.

♡ Items purchases with discounts greater than 25% off are FINAL SALE.

♡ Shipping costs are not refunded.

♡ The customer is responsible for shipping costs of returns.

If you wish to exchange your item, please follow the necessary steps to return the item back to us. We will then inspect, approve your item and issue a refund. You may use that credit to order your desired size.
